Frequently asked questions
Which is right for me, the one-time license or a yearly plan?
If you have a specific fair or exhibition, the one-time license: you pay for each project separately. If you plan several a year, between fairs and your gallery's exhibitions, a yearly plan works out better. If you're not sure, write to us.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe's checkout page, in US dollars or euros. You see the final amount before you pay. We never see or store your card details. Yearly plans are paid by card or bank transfer, as agreed when you sign up.
When does the license period start?
When your account is created, right after the payment is confirmed. That's 15 days counted to the hour from that moment, plus 1 extra day to wrap up.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, with the billing details from your purchase. For now it isn't sent automatically: if you need it, write to us at hello@exhibify.net.
How do I get in after paying?
Within a few minutes, you'll get an email at your purchase address with a link to set your password. Then log in to Exhibify VR with the “Log in” button on this site.
Can I extend the license period?
Yes. Write to us at hello@exhibify.net before it ends and we'll extend your license.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes, with the demo: a test editor with no account, where you can try everything but nothing is saved. It's at builder.exhibify.net/demo.
