1. In short
This website does not use cookies. Neither our own nor third-party ones: no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. That’s why there is no cookie banner to accept.
The only thing your browser stores is, during checkout, what is needed so you don’t lose the form (section 3).
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember something about you. Other techniques do
the same job, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). Article 22.2 of Spanish Law
34/2002 (LSSI-CE) treats them all the same way: the visitor’s consent is required, except for those that are strictly
necessary for a service the visitor has requested.
3. What your browser stores on this website
Only on the checkout pages, while you buy the one-time license:
| Name | Type | What it’s for | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
exbvr.signup.token |
sessionStorage |
Identifies the purchase in progress, so we know when your space is ready | Until the purchase ends or you close the tab |
exbvr.signup.form |
sessionStorage |
Keeps what you typed in the form, so you get it back if you return from the payment page without paying | Same |
exbvr.signup.started |
sessionStorage |
Records when the purchase started | Same |
- They are our own, they are not shared with anyone and they are not used to track anyone.
- Your tax ID is only stored when you go on to payment.
- They are strictly necessary for the service you request (buying), so they don’t require consent.
Nothing else:
- the language is part of each page’s address and is not stored in your browser;
- the contact form doesn’t store anything in your browser;
- fonts, images and videos are served from this website: nothing is loaded from third parties.
4. When you leave this website
Some links take you to other websites, which have their own policies:
- The payment page (Stripe), which uses cookies for the payment and to prevent fraud.
- The Exhibify VR editor and viewer, which will later use an analytics tool (PostHog). They will ask for your permission before storing anything in your browser for it.
5. How to delete or block what your browser stores
You can delete it from your browser’s settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge, under privacy or browsing data).
sessionStorage is deleted automatically when you close the tab.
6. Changes to this policy
If this website ever uses analytics or other cookies that require consent, we will ask for it first with a banner and update this policy, with the date at the top.
