2. What this website is

This website presents Exhibify VR, a planner for art fair booths and art exhibitions in 3D, and lets you buy the one-time license.

  • Purchases are governed by the one-time license terms, which you accept before paying.
  • Yearly plans are governed by what is agreed when you sign up.
  • How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy, and what your browser stores, in the cookie policy.

3. Use of the website

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you may not:

  • use it for unlawful activities or activities contrary to public order;
  • damage the systems of the website or of third parties, or introduce viruses or other harmful software;
  • try to access areas, data or accounts that are not public;
  • copy or exploit the content beyond what section 4 allows.

We may restrict access for anyone who does not follow these rules.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

  • The texts, images, videos, design, logos, the Exhibify VR trademark and the software of this website and of the editor belong to ITGALLERY SOLUTIONS SLU or to those who have licensed them to it.
  • You may browse the website and share links to it. None of that content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed without our written permission, as provided by the Spanish Intellectual Property Act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996).
  • The artworks shown in the screenshots and videos belong to the artists who created them and are shown with permission.
  • The artworks, images and texts that customers upload to the editor remain the property of whoever uploads them (see the license terms).
  • Apple, Apple Vision Pro, visionOS and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc. Mentioning them does not imply any relationship beyond the use of those companies’ services.

This website links to third-party websites, such as Stripe’s payment page, which open in a new tab. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for what they publish: each one has its own terms.

6. Liability

We do what is reasonable to keep the information on this website accurate and the website available, but there may be errors or interruptions, for example for maintenance. We will fix anything you point out as soon as possible.

We are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of this website, except where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded.

7. Governing law and complaints
