One-time license terms

These terms govern the purchase and use of the Exhibify VR one-time license. You accept them by ticking the box on the purchase form, before paying. How we handle your data is explained in the purchase data protection information.

1. Who we are

  • Exhibify VR is a service of ITGALLERY SOLUTIONS SLU, tax ID (NIF) B76238153, with registered address at Calle Horno de Cal 4, Portal B, 35019 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain).

2. What the license includes

  • It lets you create, set up and publish one virtual exhibition on Exhibify VR during the period of use (section 4).
  • The limits (number of exhibitions and artworks) are the ones shown on the purchase page when you buy.
  • It is for a single account, the one with the purchase email. It is paid once and does not renew.
  • An email that already has an active account cannot be used for another purchase. If you want another exhibition, write to us.

3. How to buy

  • You fill in the purchase form, accept these terms and go on to the Stripe payment page.
  • Once the payment is confirmed, we prepare your space and send the purchase email a link to choose your password and log in.
  • If the payment is not completed, nothing is charged. Unpaid requests are deleted after 7 days.
  • The purchase can be made in Spanish, English or Brazilian Portuguese, depending on the language of the page.
  • We keep the version of these terms you accept and the date you accept them. If you want a copy, write to us.

4. Period of use

  • The period starts when we create your account, right after the payment is confirmed, and lasts 15 days, counted in exact hours from that moment.
  • After that there is 1 extra day to finish: you can still log in and edit the exhibition.
  • When that extra day is over, the license is deactivated: you can no longer log in to Exhibify VR or edit the exhibition.
  • The published exhibition stays visible after the license is deactivated, until it is deleted manually.
  • If you need more time or want to keep using Exhibify VR, write to us before the period ends.

5. Price, taxes and payment

  • The price is the one shown on the purchase page and on the payment page, and it is paid only once.

  • The prices we publish do not include taxes: they are added when you pay, depending on where you are.

  • You are charged in the currency you choose among those offered on the purchase form: euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD). With a billing address in the Canary Islands, for now you are charged only in euros.

  • You pay by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

  • Taxes depend on where you are:

    • in the Canary Islands, the current IGIC is charged;
    • businesses and professionals in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are not charged tax, under the reverse charge mechanism;
    • outside Spain, the purchase is exempt.

  • Businesses and professionals in Spain must provide their tax ID (NIF).

  • The invoice is issued with the billing details of the purchase, in the EXB26/ series. For now it is not sent automatically by email: if you need it, write to us.

  • If the same purchase is charged twice by mistake, we refund the extra charge.

6. Start of the service and withdrawal

Exhibify VR is a digital service that starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. When you buy, you expressly ask for it to start straight away.

7. Your account and your content

  • The account is personal. Keep your password safe and do not share it.
  • The artworks, images and texts you upload remain yours. We only use them to provide the service and show your exhibition.
  • You are responsible for holding the rights to what you upload and for making sure it does not break the law or anyone else’s rights.
  • If you see something in a published exhibition that you believe is unlawful, let us know at hello@exhibify.net with the exhibition link and the reason. We will review it and, if appropriate, remove it and let the person who published it know, explaining why.
  • If an account repeatedly publishes unlawful content or misuses the service, we may deactivate it.

8. How the service works

  • We do what is reasonable to keep Exhibify VR working for the whole period, although there may be short interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
  • If an interruption on our side keeps you from using the license for a long time, write to us and we will extend your period.

9. Changes to these terms

Each purchase is governed by the version of these terms you accept when you make it. If we change them, the new version applies to later purchases.

10. Governing law and complaints

  • These terms are governed by Spanish law.
  • If you buy as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction; in all other cases, the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
  • If you have a complaint, write to us at hello@exhibify.net: we will try to resolve it directly.
